Rogers My experience with this device is as follows: I bought this device and an Igloo cooler. The ice chest filled with ice around 3/4-full. Placed in a truck cab (Ford F-250 Super Duty SuperCab and) that was pre-cooled air for ~ 30 minutes per day of 80 degrees. He parked the truck in the shade and connected the device to the auxiliary power outlet in the cabin. The unit could run 30 minutes. After this time the temperature in the cabin was like out of environmental conditions. There was no refrigeration or temperature in the cabin. Granted I opened the door to the truck to leave, but the device was unable to prevent a significant cooling in the truck in 30 minutes. I'm back to the unit. I advise you not to buy this item.
