By Howard Bloom LI really do not know if the negative reviewers have mental problems or not, but most of them seem to hone in on the noise from air conditioners. Hello !..... It is a window unit all in one, as it would in silence? If you want peace, go buy a unit to share all you have is the inside of the fan, as they do in Asia. I bought Sunday, Tuesday and managed to put it in the window in less than one hour. The room is cold, there is no vibration, as some others have complained and not exactly quiet at speed, but you would expect it to be? C'mon. They can be damaged in shipment, but mine has worked better than expected out of the box. Easy to install this unit replaced a GE that lasted only three seasons.
