Bruzga I received this a few weeks ago for use dehumidifier in my basement apartment, which was wet with all the rain this summer. It has operated continuously since. It works great! I was running around the apartment in different parts that need to dry and then quickly fills with water after a few hours a beep and I empty the bucket. the only drawback is that it makes a lot of heat, which I think all dehumidifiers do, but I still give it 5 stars! 27 of 28 people found this review helpful. Very positive review after a few months (eds) With Kid_Again I received this unit yesterday so this is a preliminary assessment. The reason why I need a dehumidifier is what we have in our cellar is literally 20 years. It's so old, not a piece of plastic on it, but refuses to die. Although I did not test the old drive to draw power, my electricity bills are too high, I unplugged / set to one hour each device that I thought could help, and it came down to my belief that my old dehumidifier is a pig energy. Our wine list is huge, but I still bought the 30 pint unit, because I prefer a small unit run more often than a larger unit cycle. The idea of ​​an air conditioner home - and a dehumidifier is an air conditioner in miniature. Also, I need the mother of all dehumidifiers to completely dry in the basement, and it will not happen. Although the old unit had just run until I installed the soleus, the new reading hstat 70%. I do not care if this is correct or not, just damp smell in the basement. I use it in my 20x40 cave man and keep very dry. It's a little loud for my taste, and when you are dealing with normally closed due to fan noise. Also, if you are running a few degrees the temperature rises during the week. We like its 67-68 degrees and you are throughout the week the temperature is around 71.
