A couple of things that need improvement - it is a bit noisy; the front grill (the one that directs air) is "too open" - allows dust/litter inside. Also, there is an opening on the top of the air-conditioner's body (the part that remains on the outside) - my old unit only had the openings on the sides and for that reason the inside of the air-conditioner remained cleaner. Also, the openings that are located on the sides are not protected - my old air-conditioner had "owning"-like metal protections on each opening on the sides of the unit - this also prevented the insides of the air-conditioner from water and street litter.
