Ghis I have this addition to the window unit I've used for years and ended up just completely replace the window unit. Very robotic design, which is about 3 feet high and is actually quite low, when you take it out of the container. Comes with all accessories needed to implement it immediately. Hook it up and put heating vent in my window A / C used to be very simple. Typically, power up after my daughter returned from preschool and adjust the temperature to about 74F. The rods usually around 2:00 in room and outside temperatures are pleasant and comfortable. The air is very cold around the unit and get a good sized room to a comfortable temperature quickly. It seems very quiet during the day with all the other sounds, and my daughter has slept like a baby since I got it. I have not emit a low hum when it's cooling fan, but otherwise the sound is not clear to me that you can rely on a high turnout in a few minutes, but after awhile, it's an exaggeration. It does a great job at a low fan speed setting when the room is almost the leaves to be desired temp. I like the idea of ​​not using the central air in our old apartment. I think the time savings program is simply the price of the unit. The best part is I can bring it with us when we move ever. It's great for a few weeks now working and I can only end up getting another for our own room. By doing his job McChelsea This is a lifesaver during the hot summer days have been. I'm with the negative reviews about it too high, but I have it in my bedroom and I've used it for two nights. I sleep with him now. LED is very bright, but not so much that it keeps me awake. I took one star because of the window useless tubes were not suitable for long enough to reach my window so I went to Home Depot to build a rig. Extra tubes are expensive, so I do not buy them. The screws are very short and pop from the mountain of cheap plastic, so I use tape to hold in place. I have since moved and now has side hung windows, so I'm going to build a new medium when I screw the hose directly into a piece of plexiglass that will sit in the window. I read that this will work fine, so I'm not worried. One of the negative reviews that I read about this device is that it is able to cool the room. It is designed to cool approximately 600 square meters (a small apartment), so it works well for my place. I also use a blower to push fresh air into the room. I like the look of the team, and the fact that it can be a fan or a dehumidifier. AC performance even in Florida by Byron Goss I have a canopy tent and use it frequently during the summer here in Florida. I have to give this unit a little heat repost / humitity and did a wonderful job. What struck me about this product was the low use amp / voltage. I called a monitor amp / volt and discovered that drew 9.73 amps, a little lower than the 10.5 that I saw in the manual. Can I connect a drain pipe, so I can not comment on how fast the water tank is full. I say that is the portable air conditioner coolest I've ever used. Defiantly a good purchase.
